Cash registers, shifts, cash movements, reconciliations, discrepancies and tip distribution.
All of the restaurant's cash flows through a cash register and a shift: the opening float, sales, deposits and withdrawals, the final count and the discrepancy, if there was one. Tips are recorded on every payment and, if you prefer, pooled and distributed equally, by hours or by points.
