Terms and Conditions

La Comanda is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform designed for comprehensive restaurant management. The service includes point of sale (POS), kitchen display, digital menu, order management, reports, and team administration.

La Comanda does not process end-customer payments for the restaurant. Subscription payment processing is handled exclusively through Stripe.

Access to La Comanda requires an active subscription. Plans, pricing, and features are detailed on the platform's pricing page.

Billing is processed on a recurring basis through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time from the admin dashboard.

Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial periods.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials.

You agree to use the platform solely for legitimate purposes related to the operation of your restaurant.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the information entered into the platform is accurate and up to date.

You are responsible for complying with applicable laws and regulations in the operation of your restaurant, including tax and health obligations.

La Comanda is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

In no event shall La Comanda be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.

Our total cumulative liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 12 months of subscription.

La Comanda, including its source code, design, logos, trademarks, and content, is the exclusive property of Diego Ismael Cortez Valencia and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

The data you enter into the platform (menus, orders, customer information) remains your property. La Comanda does not claim ownership of your data.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform if you breach these Terms and Conditions or if you use the service in a manner that could cause harm to La Comanda or other users.

You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our data retention policy.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. For any dispute arising from these terms, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico, waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply.
