Plans and free trial

The $149 MXN base plan, the 14-day trial, what each module includes and how to turn them on from Subscription.

Updated on October 8, 2026

There is a single base plan plus optional modules. Everything is managed under Subscription (/admin/billing) in the admin sidebar, and the modules can also be explored under Settings → Modules (/admin/settings/modules).

The base plan

The La Comanda Plan costs $149 MXN per month per location. It includes point of sale, tables, kitchen display, QR menu with table ordering, ticket printing, cash and shifts, tips, catalog, team permissions and nine reports: shift summary, sales by hour, cash reconciliation, cash discrepancies, tip distribution, tips by employee, best sellers, sales by category and export of the last 90 days.

There is no charge per terminal, per user or per register, and La Comanda does not take a commission on your sales. Each Additional Location costs $99 MXN per month, with its own menu, team and settings.

The free trial

It is 14 days free, with no card, and it starts when you create your first restaurant. During the trial you have the complete base plan plus Inventory Control at the Pro tier, Reportes Pro and Online Payments & Delivery, marked Included in your trial. Electronic Invoicing is not included in the trial.

When it ends, the admin panel and the point of sale send you to Subscription until you press Subscribe. The trial's modules are not billed on their own: when you subscribe you choose which to keep. Your data is not deleted. More detail in Create your restaurant.

The modules

Each module is billed together with your plan, on the same invoice and renewal date, and you remove it whenever you want with a prorated credit on the next invoice.

  • Inventory Control: Inventory for $99 MXN per month or Inventory Pro for $299 MXN per month. Recipes that deplete ingredients, stock levels, counts and waste; Pro adds purchasing, suppliers, costs, variance and automatic sold-out. See Inventory.
  • Reportes Pro: $99 MXN per month. Product performance, sales by employee, voids and comps, heatmap, table turnover, repeat customers, custom reports and scheduled email delivery. See Reports.
  • Online Payments & Delivery: $49 MXN per month. Takeout orders paid with Mercado Pago and home delivery with Uber Direct or your own couriers. Table orders by QR do not need it. See Online orders & delivery.
  • Electronic Invoicing: Invoicing for $129 MXN per month with 150 invoices, or Invoicing Pro for $299 MXN per month with 400. CFDI 4.0 stamped with the SAT, a self-invoicing portal and the monthly global invoice; each additional invoice costs $1.00 MXN. See E-invoicing (CFDI).

AI Studio is not a module: it works on credits. You start with 10 free, get 3 every month and, if you need more, buy packs from $49 MXN that never expire.

Add or remove a module

  1. Go to Subscription. Each module has its card with the price, what it includes and its status: Active, Included in your trial or not turned on.
  2. Press Add module. If the module has tiers, choose Inventory or Inventory Pro, Invoicing or Invoicing Pro. Stripe prorates the current period, so today you only pay for the days left in it.
  3. To remove it, press Remove module and confirm. Each module's notice explains what turns off and what is kept: for example, when you remove Invoicing your issued invoices and your tax details are kept.

Each module also has its own page at /admin/modules/inventory, /admin/modules/reports, /admin/modules/online and /admin/modules/invoicing. A module's screens show the Module label in the sidebar and, without the module, explain what it includes instead of throwing an error.

Modules attach to an active subscription. During the trial you will see the message Modules attach to an active subscription. Finish subscribing and you can turn this on in one click. With a past-due payment or a scheduled cancellation, fix the subscription first; only an administrator can do it.

Payment and cancellation

It is billed monthly by card. Manage billing opens the portal where you change the card or cancel. If you cancel, access continues until the end of the paid period and you will see the date under Cancellation scheduled; before leaving you can export your history from Reports → Export history.
